Social Media has always been fragmented but for that past 5 years if a brand only wanted to focus on one channel Facebook seemed to be the obvious choice. Lately Facebook has made changes that is causing lots of brands to be frustrated. With organic reach falling like a lead zepplin one has to wonder what is the future of Facebook and where should brands be spending their time. My session will discuss whether or not Facebook should be abandoned, whether or not social media should be put on the back burner, and how to stay relevant in  the ever-changing world of social media.
