Integrate Social Data to Impact Consumer Relationships and Digital Marketing  Social media has transformed the way consumers consume information, make buying decisions, and vocalize their likes, loves, and loathes. In 2014, brands’ social activities are becoming direct and effective channels to inform customers, encourage buys, and keep customer relationships strong.  This session will discuss why social can no longer live in a silo to be a worthwhile company initiative, and how brands are embracing social data to improve consumer relationships and digital marketing. We’ll touch on how to get started, from aligning parts of the organization to what data to capture, and how to use it to prove the value of social.  We’ll also share case studies of Shoutlet customers and how they are using social data to build business.
