For this session I plan to draw on my experience at Adobe helping over 50 mid-market to large enterprise clients with their social media activation.  I will pull from from the process I co-developed and the emergent best practices in the areas of social roles, governance, listening (monitoring), campaigns, and overall measurement and analysis.
