Marketing automation used to be a "nice-to-have" not too long ago for marketers. These days, it is   increasingly becoming a "must have." With this adoption, more and more marketers are faced with the challenge of handling multiple marketing channels and implementing marketing automation - something that they may or may not have had experience with in the past.

Katie Melick is a member of Pardot's Client Services team. She serves on the Implementation Team to help Pardot's clients during their onboarding period. As a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Journalism School, Katie has spent her career in communications and technology. She started working in magazine marketing and then she transitioned into working for different advertising agencies before joining Pardot's Client Services team.
